Mega Man 4 Robot Master Hatpack

Another Hatpack for Mega Man 4's Robot Masters. Mega Man 4 is my favorite game of the classic series, and the Cossack lineup is honestly my favorite. And are now wearable in Duck Game. Like always, I hope you enjoy this Hatpack.
