Description
Bayview is a wonderful place to raise a family or a city, you pick.

Set in a very tropical climate that begs for a monorail, cable car and ferry networks. Also don't forget the BLIMPS!

If you have problems getting the same colour of roads and your map looks too bright, it might be because you have the After Dark DLC - if you have that one, you need the "Daylight Classic Mod" on top of the here mentioned required items. It happened to me, and that's why I posted this comment.
