Skill Training - Challenge

Description
This mod add 3 challenges about skill: Skill 0, Skill 2, Skill 5.
Skill 0: Lose all marine's skill bonus.
Skill 2: 2 times marine's skill bonus than original.
Skill 5: 5 times marine's skill bonus than original, and watch your fire.
