The Thunderhead was created to get supplies through to blockaded allies. The ship is designed to chart a course, accelerate to max speed, and then go dark.
It is known to maneuver and decelerate very cumbersomely in space, but can take off and land on planets in a matter of seconds. The cargo and oxygen generator shutters make loading and unloading a breeze, with an all-encompassing conveyor system to which the end user can mount ports for unloading cargo depending on their needs.

This is a hybrid endo/exo-atmospheric capable ship. Some of its manouverability shortcomings can be corrected by refitting the ship to be specialized towards either space or atmospheric operations.
