In another universe, America has suppressed it's people and has sucked them dry of their wealth and earnings. The poor, oppressed people, commonly reffered to as the "99%" live in the broken streets of what remains of America. The rich, corrupt people, commonly reffered to as the "1%" live in the white house and in a bunker under it, safe from the outside world.

You and a couple of the country's richest (And corrupt) officials have been sent to end the miserable lives of these people.
