(will almost certainly work on any version though)

This mod changes the age a leader can appear to 18 and max 25, Also includes Lithoids. Regarding max age in the most recent update leaders got overhauled quite a bit and now certain types like bureaucrat will have random ages( and levels) so the max age isn't fully enforced.

I hope you guys like this mod i'm open to feedback.
