MXII Zera Outpost - 6.0 Ready!

The Zera Outpost is the movable base that's been modified as a CV!
Fully functional for a big faction with multiple players or for players with a lot
of Small Vessels.

It's made entirely out of "Hardened Steel Blocks L" and only has 2 rocket launchers
and 2 cannon turrets, it's also constructed in a way that it doesn't require any Zascosium
and Erestrum to build with, in other words: Not that expensive to build!
