[OMD!U] Smolder (Dragon Skin) Playermodel

I did not port this model from Orcs Must Die!. I have instead ported it to Garry's Mod from SFM. For me to actually be able to do this in the first place, someone else had ported her over from OMD!U earlier.
After recieving permission from "MARK2580", the original porter, and author, I've then taken this model and turned it into a playermodel. Thus, all the credit recieved here, should rightfully be shared with them!
