Brisbane Class CV 'Spring Hill' 6.0

This is the Brisbane Class CV from None Incorperated...
A rugged explorer ship.
Contains:
* Auto Power saving Modes
* 2 thruster groups to minimise power usage
* 2 ventilators running 9 areas of the ship, set up so you can have a hull breach and the entire ship won't de-presurise.
* Full signed med bay capable of handeling any emergancy.
* Crew quarters
* 27 plot garden
* 2 adv constructors
* not fully armed, but room for more to be added
* Internal bridge (Startrek doesn't use glass on the bridge, they use a view screen!)
* External layer combat steel, 2nd layer normal steel to save weight except in vital areas like engineering!
* Secondary Bridge near hanger for quick get aways!

Not tested in pvp but should do ok!

Modeled after seeing the OSC Raumkreuzer Class (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=860854562) but i thought it wasted alot of space and power and was hard to navigate.
