Description
Firing sounds to accompany my Commando mods:
With reload sounds
No sounds

Video was meant to showcase the weapon mod, but the sounds are the same so it gets the job done.

Credit goes to treyarch for the original sounds and me for slightly editing them

So, it's "cammo" with two M? No wonder it didn't catch my eye. Jeez, I've exported all the camos (with WinRAR, lol), and completely missed the "cammos". There you go:

I suppose that the metal and wooden parts are controlled by separate VMTs, if your HK21 (and my limited experience with blops models) is to be believed.

For the M14 the tile is "cammo_wood_tile_light" when extracted with Wraith
For the AK47 "cammo_wood_tile_red"

What is the name of the wood tileable texture? Are there several of those (for AK, FAL, M14, Olympia)? I can't find it myself, I'll appeciate if you assist me with it.

I gathered the basic steps to do it, but your method may save more time than mine. I just typically don't have to patience to do exactly what I want. And if it doesn't come out to my liking, I just wasted a bunch of time. (If that makes any sense)

The main ones I would prefer to be remade are the SPAS, M14 (I have the wood tile-able texture if needed) and perhaps the Commando. If you really want to do them I would greatly appreciate it.

Down the road I planned to make RNG mods, adding multiple camos to each weapon.

I won't rush you. You could just tell me which textures you'd like me to make and send you, or I could teach you how I do it:

If you open the original DDS or TGA color texture in a program called DXTBmp (or Photoshop if you're skilled), you'll see it has an "alpha channel" which is used for blending the base colors or camouflages (you might have figured that one out). All it takes is to export the color texture as a BMP (so it is without alpha), and create a large dark gray #404040 (red 64, green 64, blue 64) image with the base texture's alpha (you can export the alpha as a sepearate BMP in DXTBmp), then add the gray alpha'd image as a second layer in the grahical editor of your choice (mine is Paint.NET) , and set the blending mode to "overlay".

That would be great, actually! I've never been the best with shaders or texture work in general. I did want to go back and redo the textures on some of these at some point, but I'm working on personal/private mods as of late.
