Description
In the new gamle screen, change the game speed :
Fast: All buildings cost 50% less than the "vanilla" fast speed !
Other speed modes: All building can be built in 1 turn !
Improve the speed of your game and discover the constraints concerning this new rule.

even though i love this mod, others have pointed out that hacking is not possible for you or your oponent while it is installed.
WICH IS A GOOD THING (i would download a mod that disables hacking just for the hell of it)
but alas i would very much enjoy playing the umbral choir with this mod

this mod affects hacking in a game breaking way it will not allow any hacking op to happen beyond the original system.

put it at the top of priorities, still only seeing 4 options for new game: fast, normal, slow, and endless.
