Influential Amoeba

Description
Adds +1 Influence to Amoeba Populations on Fertile planets, as well as +1 Influence from splicing them.

The Story:
I doubt I'm the only one who thinks it weird that the Amoeba have no conditional trait, making them literally the only minor faction to not have one. Well, seeing as in ES1 they were a diplomacy-oriented faction, I thought it would make sense if they gave some Influence as well as Food. The work required to do this was literally one line of code added to the Amoeba's Population Definition. I mean, the trait (SecondaryInfluenceFertile) is already in game, just not used.

Anyways, I plan NOT to ever abandon my mod(s), so if the trait is removed at ANY time in this game's life, I will fix it (though, after looking through almost every file in the /Public/ folder, I can pretty safely say that Amplitude dislikes removing unused/deprecated code).

@Big Bantha - Wow! You were a member of the Imperium Aetema team. I loved that mod. Played ES1 all the time with it after its release. Great stuff!

I assume that the bit of code changed is in the PopulationsDefinition.xml

Thanks for doing this. Having these examples really help. I only wished I had time to better understand the ES2 xml code/files.

@initium - Actually, the trait was originally the UE pop's conditional back when they were first put in the EA version, tho I forget when exactly they removed that.

I too learn from recreating others' works, though I originally started back in ES1 (and managed to get on the Imperium Aeterna team as an artist and coder :spaceduck:)

@Big Bantha - I agree with you re strange that they were left with no conditional trait. And a great use of a bit of code in the system. Makes you wonder if Amplitude forgot to link it together.

I've subscribed to see how you've created the mod too. Nothing like learning from others ;)

Do you plan on tweaking the Amoeba law or adding a Faction Trait?

@Sir On The Edge -- I honestly don't know why they just left them as that, but I have a few other personal mods that do similar things to other races, e.g. +2 :elindustry: on Temperate for Imperials, +2 :elscience: on Temperate for Mezari, +20 Manpower on Temperate for Sherdyn, +2 Approval on Temperate for Bhagaba, etc.
