Description

Adds new plants and food to RimWorld.

What does this mod do?

This mod adds a new plant that can be used instead of meat in cooking.
It adds: A Soybean plant, Soybeans, Roasted Soybeans, Soy Milk, Tofu and a Tofu Press.

Available Languages/Translations:

English
Spanish Latin (Español latinoamericano) available thanks to Destiny 609
Russian (русский) available thanks to Teniana
Chinese Simplified (简体中文) available thanks to 半纸蝴蝶
Chinese Traditional (繁體中文) available thanks to Jackie

Mod Compatibility

Soybeans is compatible with almost every mod. If two mods don't interact as you think they should, feel free to ask me for a patch.

I don't want this mod anymore. how do I remove it?

Remove all items related to the soybeans mod then unsubscribe.
Make sure to remove or change any growing zones that had soybeans in them.

I think "thing" should be changed.

CrazyOdd, It took longer than I thought, but I made a patch for "Realistic Chocolate Production". I added the patch to the download, so you don't need to do anything, it's automatic.

CrazyOdd, yes it should work, although I will need to make a patch for soy milk to work with any other mod that specifically requires milk for a crafting recipe.

I used the About.xml name as identifier for SeedsPlease, try to keep it consistant.

Stewino, I'm always happy to answer questions.

When you press tofu, you get two soy milk for every tofu. Soy milk has a nutrition value of 0.0125, plus the tofu's 0.025 value give you 0.05 in total.

Tofu and soy milk can be used as meat substitutes in meals.
