I Can Shoot and Use Generators (deprecated: see comments)

During character creation, this mini mod increases aiming & reloading to perk level 5, and adds How to Use Generators magazine to starting inventory, so that generators can be used, once you read it.

Created this mini-mod for myself since
(i) I like that zombies by default are sensitive to gun shots, but the starting ineptitude of aiming made guns a grind for me at the moment.
(ii) for mods like Survivors, where there are marauders and other armed hostile survivors to battle, this should help.
(iii) I think generally a 27 year old in the apocalypse will be able to use a generator without needing to be an electrician, also I use the cars mod.
