Description

This blueprint is a replica of the Rexel Holdings USA Headquarters and adjacent parking garage.

The building is partially furnished with a reception area, bathrooms, some lights, and air condioning / heating. The garage has parking for 32 cars and 20 parking spaces on surface lots make space for a total of 208 employees. Parking can easily be expanded. I used a far amount of mods to design the first floor reception area, bathrooms, and lobbies. Use the buttons on the right sidebar to quickly subscribe to them all. A huge thank you goes out to all you item designers. You've done a fantastic job of making a better looking game.

Tips:
Roads and parking spaces are not saved in blueprints so they must be built after. Please note, as road tiles are fixed, pay close attention to placement of the building to properly line up with the road (save first!).
Some of the lights (rooftops and behind the sign on the top floor) are unreachable by maintinence. As these items break down they will need to be replaced manually.
Obviously, change the letters "Rexel" to your own company name! Use a smaller grid to evenly space letters.
