Description

Adds a couple new speed abilities to Skyrim.

Divine Speed:

A cheat ability that makes you move 10 times faster than normal, greatly increases your stamina generation, and allows walking or running on water. Toggles on/off by casting the Minor Power.

Water Sprinting:

As long as you're sprinting, you can walk on water. If you stop sprinting, or run out of stamina, you slowly sink into the water. Toggles on/off by casting the Minor Power.

Just a few things to note about this: It seems that when you kill someone with Divine Speed active, and then deactivate it, their weapon will float where it was when they were killed. Also, assuming this is supposed to slow down all other people and keep you around normal speed, if you proc the killcam thing it seems to go into TURBO mode, as in your character moves ~10x speed, however, everyone else moves at normal speed. And arrows dont seem to fly as normal but rather drop out of the sky much quicker and thus deal less damage. This can be fixed by simply deactivating and reactivating the power.
