+"Neon Dragoncrown" Hat (unlocked by consuming 1 Neon Dragon Soul)
+"Chipped Sword" Melee (for a Customize Blade)
+"Neon Nightblade" Melee (for a Katana)

it doesnt need a mount skin there is the blacklight cycle and echo wave cycle

Originalsea You must have also used another mod replace the same VFXs. If you wanna use mine, you will have to disable them.
