Extended Chat (Local Chat) 0.5.23

This mod brings local chat as well as other chat improvements to medieval engineers chat!

!! This mod is heavily under development and may not be compatible with other mods that use the chat system and will only work on dedicated servers


Current features:
- Local Chat can be sent by typing /loc (/l) before their message
- The players can yell to increase range of local chat with /yell (/y)
- The players can whisper to decrease range of local chat with /whisper (/w)
- Display a list of commands and their descriptions with the commands /help
- Display the server rules with /rules, splits into multiple pages if more than 5 rules supplied
- Allow server admins to change rules in the rules.txt file
- Display the version of the mod with /version
- Admins can broadcast messages that display as notifications instead of chat messages with /broadcast
- Private message system, allowing users to message a specific user directly with /pm
- House only chat, allowing users to send messages only to users in their house with /house (/h)
- Check server version with /serverversion (/sv)

Features in development:

Planned features:
- Action command with /me
- Report problems or malicious players to admins with /report
- Animation commands for waving and facepalming

Known bugs:
- Cannot use the ":" (colon) character in chat, any text after this character is left off the message
- There is a double space between the playername and the message

Compatibility
- ! Chat history mod does not work with this mod !
- Server messages mod seems to work fine, let me know if there are any issues
