Gravitron skin v.1

This is a skin for a small flat ride like Psychola. This ride made its debut at Morey's Pier in Wildwood, NJ in 1983. RCT3, RCTW and Parkitect all have this ride but not Planet Coaster. Unfortunately we can't make animated rides in Planet Coaster yet so this will have to do until Frontier makes a real Gravitron in a future update. I might make updates and improvements to this model and possibly release with the Psychola ride.
