Improved Staff of Magnus

Description
Allows the Staff of Magnus to drain health and magicka simultaneously, and increases the amount it drains.

it does 200 damage per second and 1 hundred and someing magic damage but doesnt drain if it is too op with it is there are plenty of other staff of magnus mods on steam

Could you at least put the exact amount of percentage it drains? I want o know if it is overpowered or just right. It wouldn't hurt to take a picture of the new description of said weapon.
