Eternal D6 is a four charge active item. Upon use, it rerolls all the item pedestals in the room, like the D6. However, there is a 1/5 chance that instead of rerolling, it will remove all the item pedestals in the room.

The item is a recreation of an item from Antibirth, which was in turn a recretion of how the D6 functions in Wrath Of The Lamb: Eternal Edition.
