Description
Capital Wasteland Raiders are a group of hostile gangs from the Fallout games.

Raider Boss:
Usually the most vicious and intelligent of the gang. Raider Bosses are better equipped and skilled than the rest of the scum.

Raider Scum:
These raiders are the most common and weak of their gangs. They are expendable and regarded a cannon fodder by their leader.

Raider Skirmisher:
These raiders are lightly armored but also very skilled with long range weapons. They can be deadly if equipped with sniper rifles and in vantage points.

Raider Veteran:
Veterans have survived long enough to be both skilled and well equipped. They wear makeshift armor and might even use helmets.

Lead Pipe:
One of the ends has tape wrapped around it to improve grip, while the other is heavily corroded and/or bloodstained, and topped with a pipe fitting.

32 Pistol:
A weak sidearm with low firepower and accuracy. Since it lacks a modern ammo feeding mechanism, bullets need to be put one by one.

Type 17 Pistol:
The Shanxi Type 17 Chinese Pistol is fast and accurate but deals a bit less damage than the N99 10mm Pistol.

44 Magnum Revolver:
This handgun is a powerful double action, swing-out cylinder revolver. Since it lacks a modern ammo feeding mechanism, bullets need to be put one by one.

12g Sawoff Shotgun:
A shortened shotgun with low ammo capacity but with high buckshot spread. This weapon can be devastating at point blank range.

12g Combat Shotgun:
The combat shotgun combines a drum magazine, fully automatic fire and mutilating spread damage. This weapon can be devastating at close quarters.

R91 Assault Rifle:
The R91 is a general-purpose automatic firearm, effective from short to medium range but has low armor piercing capabilities and high bullet spread.

Type 93 Assault Rifle:
This Chinese assault rifle was designed to be used by infiltrators. It does a good amount of damage and is fast but it's also less accurate.

32 Hunting Rifle:
A rusty bolt-action hunting rifle. Despite its ragged looks, this rifle is fairly accurate and does a decent amount of damage.

Frag Grenade:
Basic anti-personnel grenade with timer and decent blast radius.

Fire Bomb:
It is a Molotov cocktail made out of a Nuka-Cola bottle, filled with a flammable substance and stuffed with a rag to ignite it. It's rather volatile and might explode when exposed to jetpack sparks or even when dropped.

Frag Mine:
An old anti-personnel mine that detonates when something triggers its proximity sensor. It will either cripple or kill the target.

Grenade Bouquet:
This is a cluster of three frag grenades tied to tripwires. When triggered, the pins are pulled causing one, two or all three to explode.

Maybeh. Once I get back to modding this game. I was working on other factions but my laptop died and lost a lot of progress and the tools I need to start making stuff.

How about 'The Institute' mod?

They weight similar to vanilla ronin. Their jetpacks suck, though.

These low life raiders are pretty heavy, considering they have light gear.
