Shotgun Cock Sound Synchronization Fix

Makes the Half-Life 2 shotgun's cocking noise better match up with the animation.

I, LOL DUDE, didn't make the original sound used to create this replacement. Credit there goes to the Valve Corporation. All I did is modify the original sound in order to make this replacement.

Y'ever notice how the sound for the shotgun cocking sounds slower than it should be for the actual animation of it cocking? Well, this fixes that... I shortened the length between the sounds of the pump being pulled back and then forward, that way it better matches pretty much any animation for the shotgun, first or third person.

Q: Why should I care?
A: I mean, you don't have to. But if you're someone who takes note of the specifics in sound design for games, like me, and you want the shotgun from Half-Life 2 to sound better whilst still retaining its vanilla sound effects, then you'll want this.
