I love this mod. Thank you for creating it. I havent played B18 long enough to see them, so is it compatible with that game version? If not I would gladly help in any way to get it to be.

Just a guess, but I think it enables the "A Dog Said" animal surgeries (healing and implants) for the FerRIMets mod.
