Hey guys: Just popping by to let ye know that I am not developing this any longer. I am sorry to not be able to add your great ideas but I no longer play Skyrim or mod for it. Regards, QS

For such a big part of the game, the Thu'um has only a few key points. This mod aims to improve them,

Features:
- Adds an Amulet of the Thu'um, decreasing shout cooldowns by 30%
- The amulet is craftable at a forge
- Corrects the typo for the Blessing of Talos that incorrectly showed it as 0% cooldown reduction rather than 20%

You need an empty Grand Soul Gem. I'm opposed to enchanting, the only souls my Dragonborn steals are those of dragons!

It does stack with the Blessing of Talos, I tested in game and it adds up to 50% reduction.

I'm trying to craft this ammulet and Im having problems. I got the ammulet and a filled Grand Soul Gem, yet I still can't craft it. Maybe I need an empty Grand Soul Gem? I'm looking for one right now. Let me know if I'm doing something wrong please.

The in game amulet only decreases the cooldown by 20% and by default it cannot be unenchanted. If you can, then you're probably using a mod. There's also the look and name that this adds. Also, it fixes the Blessing of Talos description

There's already a necklace in the game that reduces the time between shouts though - and you can break it down to add that ability to other weapons. ._.

Yes, you can craft it at a blacksmith's forge under the jewelry category.
