This is an Atmosphere only small Raiding ship.

You can spy, scout and attack medium sized bases with it without any problems.

Due to the fact that the large atmo thruster is the only thing holding it up any experienced player could bring it down easily. So you might want to have a second person nearby that serves as infantry on the ground.
