Craftable Diamonds

Description
Adds a recipe for diamonds.
Recipe is 500 coal per diamond in the atomic furnace.
I have it at 500 coal for a reason: because diamonds are supposed to be difficult to get.

FYI; this Mod conflicts with Penguin Piracy, causing an Access Violation on startup

just go to a nova kids mine it get about 120 diamonds depends on the rng I have like 2 stacks of 1000 diamonds cause I just keep hitting their mines

1000 seems a wee bit unreasonable, any way we could get something in the range of 100-300?
