Kelpy G's Song Spell

This mod adds a spell which, when used, plays Kelpy G's song for about a minute. To get this book it should be on the well in Whiterun Market. If you have open cities and it doesn't appear, it will be in the Bannered Mare at the bar. You'll have to steal it though,or if it still doesn't appear(somehow)spawn it in using console commands. Hope it helps you...somehow. As pointed out the audio isn't the best quality since Skyrim Spells have to use 800hz because Bethesda I guess.
