M.O.X., pronounced "Mox", is a golem built by Zinn, a renounced golemancer. He was the most advanced automaton construct of his time. Around 1078 A.E., M.O.X. was developed and charged with the task to aid in his creator's escape from an underground prison, and putting an end to three of his sibling creations that turned against them. Nearly a century later, Zinn and his crew were killed while attempting to terraform an uninhabitable island. M.O.X. and his golem squad remained trapped there, and fell into a state of disrepair for 155 years. During that time, because of his programming designed to serve the living, but having no one to serve, he had developed the odd hobby of raising spiders.
