2-Lane Turbine Interchange

Description
Just a pretty normal Turbine Interchange but with just a two lane highway. Should be able to handle the traffic that arises from the four highway connections on a vanilla map.

Advantages:
- No weaving
- Good slope tolerance
- Wide and smooth curves
- Smooth elevation changes with both ramps and through highways

Disadvantages:
- Quite big footprint
- A bit expansive
