Okay, this is a weird one. The Banditos only have very very few actual unique voice lines. This is because they were originally NPCs, and were made playable later on. They didn't voice act new lines for them, so they just reuse old lines from the Desperados, though slightly pitched up, which means there are only a couple speech options available that were crowbared in, one way or another. So don't complain about it being "broken" or "glitched" because that's just how the game is. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
