Brown Vest Blue Shirted Vigilante

Replaces standard vigilante with an alternate skin that has a brown hat, vest, and riding pants as well as a green regular pants underneath while still wearing the standard blue shirt.

Made this becase the Brown Classic Vigilante was too hard to see from range, especially if also using the Classic Black Desperado skin.
