MWM Test Track Starting point

Fairly self-explanatory - It moves the start/entry point of the Test Track back to where it was in the MWM version of the game.
Not only it's more realistic, it's also much more practical, being near many of the points of intrest, such as:
1 Mile straight and it's timer;
Ramps;
Cones;
Floating objects;
Parking lots;
Scary curbs;
Other objects of FUN!

100% TOTALLY not just copy-pasted code from MWM :|

Compatability:
Replaces TestTrack.java from \sl\Scripts\game\src, tested for build 932.

Installation:
Same as any other SLRR Workshop item - Library > SLRR > Play > Launch Game Editor
