"Choking Hazard"

Gives a chance to Gulp a trinket upon taking damage, permanently gaining the trinket's effects.
+1 Luck

Can be found in item rooms, shops and dropped by beggars.

Thanks to Bustin Blotch for their help with the item sprite.

I understand that this mod is a lil different from what we have in game, but this item very quickly became one of my favourites in the whole game, so I wanted to drop by and say thanks :heart:

hey can you make this item to me i should be really glad ^^ fairy a magical item that make isaac fly like a beautiful butterfly and shot tears that explode and create fire :8bitheart::bbtduckshark: :bbtgem:
