Description
Fixes for south american provinces and terrains. Accurate geography and history of
south america applied. Possible south american country fixes in the future.

- added the andes mountains wasteland.

- fixed colonial nations.

- added more provinces and changed terrain type.

- added chile to colonial peru and patagonia trade node to steer towards cuiaba.

If this mod gets enough subscribers, ill start hosting games with the mod!!!
