Better Sprite Papa Fly

Description
Better sprite for Papa Fly item and his familiar animation.

V1.3:

-Papa Fly now wears a monocle.

Try out my other mod Enhanced Flies Item GFX to have him and his friends wih more charisma.


There are the previous sprites too, for those who like it more.
