Yugoslavia Civ (Vanilla)

Description
Adds the Yugoslavian Civilization
Leader: Josip Broz Tito
UA: Titoism - +2 Production and Culture from Specialists in the Capital
UU: Territorial Defense Force (Replaces Infantry) - +33% Combat Strength in friendly lands. -33% Outside of friendly lands. Builds twice as fast as the Infantry.
UB: Food Commisariat (Replaces Hospital) - +5 Food, +3 Production

Revision 6- Buffed all aspects of the Civilization.

If anyone wishes to look at my code to find a solution, that would be great. I don't play Civ 5 nor have interest in modding currently and probably for at least a few weeks.

same problem as GoRinNoSho ... the mod installed, activated yet no civ shows up (I already have several custom civs and they work fine)

Im sure the mod is good. Im just saying it doesnt work for me. The Yugo civ won't even show up for me in the selection screen. I am loading the mod properly, the civ is just not showing up :/ I appreciate the fact that you put some hard work into this. Let me know if there is a solution available.

If you want to look in the game files, you can see I put effort into this mod. I would appreciate f you would recognize the time I spent making this.

Do I have to do something additional to install the mod cus when i start the mod its like I dont even have a mod !?
