Dead Air "Dead Ass" loading screen replacement

Description
This isn't the best looking load screens, but it is call for some laughs and inside jokes.
Replaces "dead air" with "dead *ss". This is an inside joke but uh... Have fun!

Gazpacho helped out a lot with this. He's got some great Photoshop skills.

Confirmed to work with 1920x1080 and 1280x1080. It fits the screen with 1280, but 1920 has a better looking image.
