This was on a Windows XP on my laptop I think back in 2012 when I did this. It's been so long ago that I'd have a hard time explaining it now haha.

I bet Steam will just let you snapshot game captures now for the Binding of Isaac now, but doing the customs trick should still work, if not a bit different. I hope this still helps someone out there, aside from how bloated and confusing my guide is! Peace!
