So what exactly is a factory barn anyway?

To tell you the truth, I don't know exactly what that is. All that I know is that this is sort of like a machine shop or toll & die facility that doesn't have any furnaces or burners requiring a smokestack. It's a fairly tall structure among industrial buildings of its size, so I assume there's cranes or the like inside. To be honest, with how many people focus on industry around here, I haven't a clue what's going on in there... All I can tell you is that it sits on either a 2x4 or 3x4 lot.

Be sure to get these so you don't have a building with a few props popping up.
