Description
About
A game for 2-5 players designed by Stefan Feld. The players take on the roles of the heads of influential families in Paris at the end of the 14th century. In the shadow of the Notre Dame cathedral, the players compete for prosperity and reputation. Each family controls one of the boroughs that surround the site of Notre Dame. As head of his family, each player tries, through clever use of his action cards, to advance the power and prestige of his family, but penalties are assessed on those who do not take care of the health of the people who live in their borough. The player with the most prestige at the end is the winner.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PLAYING
The Hotel (brown building on boards/cards) was changed from 4 cubes to 3 for its bonus in the 10th Anniversary Edition, however the board and card in this mod is from the original edition and so displays 4 cubes. It's up to you whether to play as-is (original rules) or pretend the mod is using the updated art (anniversary edition rules).
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PLAYING

Notes (## IMPORTANT ##)
- (1) Change states on the board for the different player counts! Hover over the board to see which player count it is for.
- (2) As the prestige points are intended to be hidden in this game, each player has a hidden zone. You may move this wherever you wish, and it's up to you whether you want to use the tokens and place them in the bowl or instead place a digital counter in your hidden zone.
- (3) The "New Persons" mini-expansion is included, as well as the "New Persons II" mini-expansion from the 10th Anniversary Edition. These are combined and in the bag by the cards.
- (4) Don't forget the handy reference sheets on the side of the table!

Scans for "New Persons II" cards aren't great and will be replaced eventually. Thanks to Jonathan Broome for the pawn and Fleshhawk for the cart meeple.

Hmm, is't actually state 2 as I see it. Hope it helps.

Obviously many years late to this, but to answer your question, Nicholas (and more so for anyone else who is also looking for the answer), you have to change the "state" of the board. DO this by right clicking in the centre of the board and change state to "4".

How can I change the game to 5-player? The board appears to only have options for 3 and 4.

This is very nice, although what I found was that person cards and messages revealed their front sides when I hovered over them. Maybe I did something sort of weird or non-standard, but if know what happened and/or how to fix it I'd be grateful.

Hi, wanted you know that your mod has been added to my collection: Board Game Geek - BGG - May 2020 - Best Mod for each of the Top 500 Rated Games. Collection here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2086043930

The collection used this priority system:

1. Mod's Files Availability: Mod with all/most files still available for download
2. Feature completeness: Mod with greatest inclusion of expansions and/or promos available for the board game title
2. Scripting: Mod with scripting that most reduces work in setup/play for players
3. Component Quality: Mod with the best visuals/usability in terms of component quality
4. Table Setup/Ambiance: Mod with the best immersion with table, background, and other modeling.

Please also note that a mod that makes selection for this list very well could be one in which the mod author borrowed the majority of assets from another workshop listing, so full thanks to all who worked on a mod.

Thanks for your hard work!

Hello, Is the missing mesh fixed now?

Thanks for your mod. A mesh at http://pastebin.ca/3399728 is giving a 503 error for me.

Luna and Amerigo are noteworthy, I think, and unfortunately absent as well. I have a version of Delphi I hastily hooked up that's certainly playable but kind of obnoxious to put together without using TTS's "move" tool. I'll probably put it up soon for the sake of it but encourage you to do a proper version! :meeple:
