First of all this modification is targeted to a native german speaking webcommunity.
It is fully localized in german. I don't get the benefit to translate a description into a different language than the modification itself uses.
For example if you read a perfect description and it describes something you ever want to have in your game and you just install this mod and notice that you dont understand anything in that mod, i think that would be more frustrating.
Notice: If you install a mod and use it in your default character, than you risk to corrupt your savegames if you remove a mod.
Also you can change which items the receiver chest will accept (for a small fee).
Things that you don't accept, will be sent back to the transmitter chest and after another 10 seconds, it will try to send the items to the next receiver chest.
(This is how I understood it, at least.)
Oh! And it extends the storage space of tech chests.
