Suggest any edits in the comments and i'll add them to this list.
- Fixing Skybox Bug at Spawn
- Fixing Player Clips on Certain Areas
- Applying new, cleaner textures to roads.

Change Log (Version 1.0)
- Additional Building in the Residential area.
- Lowered the garage door at "Parker Building Materials, INC."
- Improved enterance at the duel garage in the suburbs.
- Better lighting enviroment in all areas aside from industrial.

this map doesn't have vis nor does it have an env_sun with correct angles. do you think you could fix these?

Why does nothing use Cs:go textures. You should be able to get them in hammer :P

It appears the skybox has become transparent, should be an easy fix, i'll update the map and let you know!
