Mech Deployer for Handheld Teleporter

Description
A bit of a tweak for the Handheld Teleporter addon. It should let you deploy your mech to the current world (including story missions! and your ship!).

When deploying, it will spawn you at the world's spawn location (for missions, read "start point"), and no, I can't make it deploy where you are. I'm still getting the hang of modding.

It might be incompatible with anything that changes the config file for the Handheld Teleporter, I'm not sure. (sadly I had to do a dirty edit, not a patch. Couldn't get the patch to work.)

How do u get Big panel for teleport? when i plays it only show about 3 option at a time. so small.

@pjaj Should you endeavor to make the teleporter deploy to your location, you might benefit from finding out how the Mech Deployment Beacon mod's Landing MDB deploys them. I'm subscribed to that mod (which may or may not help you find the mod I mean should you have trouble otherwise) and it's absolutely flawless as far as I've seen. If you figure that out, it's a simple matter of getting the player's coords to use instead of the Beacon object's

Use http://chbrown.github.io/rfc6902/ to make your patches. It works by pasting the original json into the input, and the edited version into the output. I rarely make my own patches. It might throw an error at first if the json has comments in it so use http://trinithis.awardspace.com/commentStripper/stripper.html to strip the comments out first.
