Oh! And this process only works with the PC version of Rayman 3; ripping from the PS2 emulator gave distorted geometry.
I used the program "NinjaRipper" to rip the level's geometry. I can't remember the details after that other than I had to either: A) convert all the .rip files using the program Noesis to get them to import into Blender, or B) use a .rip import script for Blender I found online.
That's about the most I can remember, which might not even be of use since it seems some of these programs have been updated/overhauled since then.
