[UPEP] Flagellant - Palette Expansion

Update: August 6th, 2019 - Updated the folder names to a new naming system so that this mod should no longer overwrite or be overwritten by other skin mods.

Adds 5 Additional Palettes to the Flagellant Class introduced in the Crimson Court DLC on top of the four default, current palette colours. Likewise, this Mod requires you owning Crimson Court in order for this mod to work correctly.

Like all mods, this mod does not disable or effect achievements in any way. This, again, does not replace the original 4 palettes or any other graphics in the game or (currently) other Flagellant Graphical Mods.
