Original Weapon Reloading Speed for SS3 Weapons

Description
A mod that reverts the reloading speed for the single shotgun and assault rifle back to the way they were in the original SS3.

I think the new reloading speed is a bit too quick whereas before you had to give some thought to your surroundings before reloading.

Thank you for this mod and the other one where you returned the original ammo clip sizes.
