Description

This is going to get complicated.

"Auto-enable mods" is out here because it seems to be better to manage skylines mods via steam subscriptions rather than using the ingame toggles, and it makes that a whole lot smoother.

If a mod collection shows "enable all", that means I'm satisfied that everything in there works with everything else in there and also everything else in other collections with "enable all" enabled, since those collections I run nearly all the time.
