These Pictures I'm showing here at the end are from one of my playthroughs in Alpha 6.x with a few added vessels (Links at the end of the description).


The biggest Feature for me in Survival is to have a Base/Ship with only short distances to anything you need:
Multiple Landing-Pads for SV/HV-Vessel in Inside or Outside Hangar, short ways to Constructors and Cargo boxes, Fridges and Food processor! Medic bay and some personal Area with all the nice gimmicks and useful Furnitures shouldn't be missed either! And no endless labyrinth crouching ;-)


What do you need for solo or your small coop as a Mobile Base?
- Big Hangar(s) for at least 6 medium sized SV/HVs and a few more small ones : Check! See Pics!
- More Landing Pads as a Bonus? : Another 4++ medium sized SV/HVs on the outer landig pads!
- 3 or more Constructors : Check! (4)
- 18++ Garden : Check, up to 35 Plots here
- Enough Storage : with added Cargo-SVs: nullo Probleme, but even without, still enough! Check.
- Medical Bay/Restroom with all the nice Gimmicks : Check!
- Good Defenses in Space and on Ground : CHECK!! (Max Weapons and Turrets)
- Long Fuel and O2 time : Check!
- Enough Seats for your party? : It has Helm + 6 Seats, a total of 7 players!
- As a Bonus, Space-Mining possible? Check! All 4 Drill Turrets here!
- And anything in short distances to each other : Check!
something left? Can't think of anything ;-)


This is a heavily modified Version of Lastel's Mini-Rev-CV

and I'm using it a long time now in Survival game(s) from 6.0 upwards...


My Changes to this well made Ship were:
- Added Sensor and Switch logic for Thrusters, Lights, Drills, Grav, Constructors, Repair,...)
- Added WEAPONZ!! (maxed out!)
- Removed all hidden Cargo boxes
- Removed more than half of the O2 Tanks: Still way way enough!
- Therefore: Added many Fuel tanks to increase Power time!
- Added many Thrusters and RCS2: Now it handles really well (almost too good ;-)
- Changed Interiors and Decorations all over the place (inclusive LCD screens with lot's of Info!)
- Access to the WarpCore Room with manual filling Fuel, O2 and Pentaxid
- ...

Now, for the hidden Cargo boxes I prefer to use Cargo-Storage-SVs (there are some uploaded as blueprints, but you can take any or make your own), see pictures for the best locations for them (I also have included Information Screens for that ;-)

Compatibility-Update A7 & A8 : Removing Plants in Growing Plots, adding "Fake" Console to be replaced with Repair Console in A8 by player.

(@Husky110: that's a known problem, you need to pull the levers on the outer landing pads twice to re-sync the levers and the shutters, same with Motion sensors, you need to re-sync via going out and in twice... Sorry, can't do anything about that :-(

Needs an update to Alpha 8 and the Motion Sensors at the Hangar-Doors (front and back) were not working after spawning. Both sides where the ramps out and the doors closed...

Because of Z & E requirements it's classified as End-Game sadly. ;-)

Update:
A lot of small things (including Switches, LCDs, etc.), and after long playtesting I tweaked Thrust/Manoeverability and O2/Fuel Capacity again:
- Faster Acceleration on all directions but slower Pitch/Yaw (that doesn't felt right)
- Fewer O2 tanks (still toooo many) but increased Fuel tanks!
Athmospheric flight time Akua: now 40min!

(The only other thing I could possibly see is, I've saved the new blueprint under the experimental branch 6.6...)
