Super Spooky Cicero

Simple Retexture and reimplimentation of lagrie's King of Scares mod, making it look more in line with the Dark Brotherhood while also making it it's own thing away from the original. The weapon, is a remoddelling and retexturing of AthenaX's Death Scythe. The mod also makes Cicero a bit tougher, expect a fight if you attack him.

Adds a new outfit for Cicero and a weapon. Tried to make him more intimidating and cool.

Armor is enchanted to be the DBShrouded armor, while the mask has a plus 30 stealth, as per Cicero's original hat.

Cicero's Sickle of Sickness is enchanted with health and stamina drain.
The description of the weapon may be hard to read for some. So, I will post it here: The Nightmother's Keeper, Cicero was once a common madman, but given this gift from the Nightmother he has become even more terrifying!

- People have been posting about missing textures, this mod shouldn't require any other mods. The only thing I can think of it that there may be a conflict or Steam isn't downloading the mod correctly. Neither I can fix. I've looked into it and found nothing. I'm sorry if it is neither of those problems, this was my first and only Skyrim mod.
